Please have the following information ready so we may process your order efficiently:
a. Products and their model numbers.
b. Credit Card information.
c. The bill to and ship to information.
d. An e-mail address where we can send the confirmation / tracking number.
If you prefer not to use by Credit Card online, you can finalize your order by mailing us your money order or cashier's check. Simply complete your full order form online and select the Check / Money order options. Then print out the form and mail it to us. Please retain a copy for your records.
You will recieve a confirmation via email within 24 hours, after we receive your payment.

All sizes, descriptions, colors and other specifications as listed or pictured are approximate and slight variances may occur, because items are handcrafted.
SALES TAX
All orders from within California will be 8.25% sales tax added unless you fill out and send us a California Resale Certificate.
CREDIT TERMS
All new accounts will be prepaid, C.O.D. Cashier's Check Or Money Order. C.O.D. terms are offered for orders within the continental United States only.

We offer Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover Card for your payment convenience.
INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS
To service customers outside the USA and India, we are based in two countries on both ends of the globe. We ship to anywhere in the world and can be at your doorstep in 3 to 7 business days.
Our shopping cart is designed to give you a quote for the shipping charges once you select your destination country. International orders will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, DHL, Postal Service and others.
All of our products are fully insured and included in shipping charges.
INTERNATIONAL PAYMENT
Payment must be by International Money Order in US funds, Wire Transfer or Cashier's Check. We accept Credit Card payment for selected countries only. There are no returns for international shipments. Custom charges, taxes, etc. will be taken care of by you.
In the unlikely event of a damaged item, the claim for it must be directly filed and settled with the shipping carrier. Customers have the option of getting their shipment insured separately as well. We handle that from our base at a nominal cost.
On the other hand we want you to be assured that our packaging is world class and we leave nothing to chance when it comes to ensuring customer satisfaction.
CUSTOM ORDERS
We are able to provide your design and style specifications on most products. Special orders must be prepaid in full. There are no returns or cancellations for custom orders.
